　　上次筛查至下次筛查期间被诊断出的乳腺癌（间隔期乳腺癌）患者，与筛查时被发现的乳腺癌患者相比，携带癌基因罕见有害突变的比例较高，从而可能增加其他非乳腺癌肿瘤的风险。

　　年10月22日，英国《自然》旗下《自然通讯》在线发表瑞典卡罗林学院、斯医院的大数据分析报告，发现间隔期乳腺癌与其他类型肿瘤密切相关。

　　作者对瑞典KARMA和LIBRO-1研究、美国WHI研究共计例被诊断为乳腺癌的女性进行汇总分析，其中例为间隔期乳腺癌，其余例为筛查时被发现的乳腺癌。

　　结果，间隔期乳腺癌与筛查时乳腺癌的女性相比：

被诊断乳腺癌之前存在其他肿瘤的比例高1.43倍（95%置信区间：1.19～1.70，P=0.）

被诊断乳腺癌之后发生其他肿瘤的比例高1.28倍（95%置信区间：1.14～1.44，P=0.）

存在其他肿瘤家族史的比例较高

其他肿瘤常见基因变异遗传风险评分较低

　　因此，该研究结果表明，间隔期乳腺癌与其他肿瘤密切相关，而且不太可能由于其他常见癌症基因变异所致，这些发现可能影响将来的筛查和预防计划。
